I decided to keep a runners blog since Im not disciplined enough to do this on my own. Last week was my first week of training. 5 day of running exhausted me in a way I never imagined, this due to the following:
  • Im too heavy
  • havent been training for a few months
  • hay fever
  • clubbin/drinking/smoking

Those are the main reasons! Therefore Im going to go on a the banana diet till I am on my normal weight! Meaning, banana´s in the morning, normal lunch, a munchie in the afternoon, salad diner and sleep before 12.

As for my running schedule for this month:
Monday - Sloterplas - Anthony
Tuesday - Vondelpark - Yee, Dais, Lex & Wes
Wednesday - Sloterplas - Daddy
Thursday - City - Pooh
Friday - YOGA
Saturday - REST
Sunday - Sloterplas - Sole

By the end of every day I will log off this blog with the following:
Breakfast:
Lunch:
Munchie:
Diner:
Km:

Target for this week: to run a normal 6 km without quiting/ weight: 57
